Masters Trout Championship - Lilleys' Landing Resort and Marina
Masters Trout Championship is an open to the public annual fishing tournament on Lake Taneycomo. It's a cold water lake that offers great rainbow and brown trout fishing. The catch-and-release tournament rules require artificial baits only. Entry fee is $50 for each 2-man team. Cash prices and trophies will be awarded. There is also a Big Trout Pots that are awarded for the heaviest brown and rainbow trout. |

Ironman 70.3 Branson Inaugural Race
Branson will serve as one of 34 worldwide qualifying events for the 2010 Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3 in Clearwater, FL. Professional athletes will be competing for a $25,000 prize purse. The course includes a 1.2-mile swim in Table Rock Lake followed by a 56-mile bike and 13.1-mile run.
