You agree that venue for any action shall be in the state and federal courts of Greene County, Missouri and hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. If for any reason a court finds a provision or portion of the foregoing terms of sale to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue to be valid and shall remain in full force and effect.
Reservation Terms and Conditions
The vacation package you purchased is a result of marketing efforts of Branson Travel and Cruises, LLC to market hotels and theaters in the Branson, MO market: We have partnered with several Branson theaters and hotels to offer this promotion to you. Due to events beyond our control and market demand we may be forced to exchange your accommodations or tickets at our discretion. We will notify you in advance if we must change your accommodations or tickets.
You must notify us at least 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We may have to charge an express reservation fee of $25 if you desire to make reservations less than 21 days.
Unless noted on your invoice differently, please call 417-891-9997 for your reservation.
Our Change to Order Policy: We do understand that life happens and certain circumstances may cause you to reschedule or change your vacation plans with us. You must notify us at least 5 calendar days before your scheduled arrival date that you need to reschedule your reservation. Notifying us at least 5 calendar days in advance will avoid a $25 reschedule fee.
Branson Travel will honor any requested accommodation at our preferred partner hotels in Branson, MO subject to availability. We do however reserve the right to change your accommodations to an equal or greater lodging opportunity if you choose to travel when rooms are fully reserved at our hotels. We reserve this right to exchange also for your theater tickets if something prevents the theater from presenting a show at the time of your arrival. There are times during the year, particularly near holidays, where reservations are heavy so please reserve as early as possible. Reservations are on a first serve basis. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if conditions warrant.
